Payments
Paying your dorm fees.
Payment is made in full before you travel; being paid up is what gets you admitted to the dorms. A non-refundable deposit secures the room, so this is worth doing early.
Do this first
Send your lease before you pay.
Paying does not reserve a room on its own. The signed lease and a copy of your passport are what get you a place and an appointment to check in, so send those first and pay once you know you have a room.
Fall 2026, one semester
$3,950
Rent, electricity, water and fibre internet, plus the $150 refundable deposit. The breakdown is on the rates page.
Due in full before you arrive. $2,000 of it is the non-refundable deposit that secures your room.
Pay by cardOpens Hillside's secure payment page in a new tab.
Three ways to pay
- ZelleNo fee
To vernon@hassellfree.com
- Wire transferA fee is sometimes charged
To the US account. Details are in the lease.
- Card, debit or creditA fee is always charged
Through the payment page
Any fee Hillside is charged on the way in is the tenant's to cover, so it is added to what you owe. Zelle avoids it.
Send the receipt
Whichever way you pay, send a copy to accounting@hillsidesaba.com and bring one with you to check in.
Before you transfer anything
The transfer details are in the Information for new students document on the forms page. Hillside will never message you with new or changed account numbers. If you get an email that does, call the office on +599 416 2451 and check before sending money.
Questions about a payment
Gabriella Granger can sort it out.
Housing and accounting are the same desk, so anything about fees, receipts or refunds goes to the same place as everything else.
